Today, students read independently. Absent students should get their absence excused for the bell-ringer to be exempted.
Then, students continued working on their Spoken Word Poetry Analysis, due tomorrow. Students were reminded they should have one element in the Rhyme/Pattern/Meter section, at least two in the Sounds section and at least two in the meaning section. Students should be almost finished with this analysis.
