Today, students read independently. Absent students should get their absence excused for the bell-ringer to be exempted.
Then, students were introduced to the project that is posted in Google Classroom. A few important points from the introduction to the project:
- This is a template project; students should add their own information from their brainstorming sheet to the appropriate places on the template.
- Students should read the directions carefully so they are sure they are completing the project correctly.
- The project is due March 4 and will have class time to work on the assignment until then.
- Students can get feedback on their work at any time by bringing it to Mrs. Evans during class time.
- Students can access their work on canva.com once they’ve begun the assignment; do not return to the link in the directions to access it, as that link triggers you to make a copy.
