Then, we watched the stand-up comedy video by Josh Sneed, “Life’s Better When You’re Fat.” We began using the graphic organizer in Google Classroom to work together to evaluate the comedy based on the notes students completed last week. We will finish this evaluation tomorrow.

Today, students went to the library to check out new books. This will be our last trip to check out books for the year; students should get enough to read for the next few weeks of reading and we’ll return books the last week of the year.

Then, students were introduced to the remainder of the year and began taking notes over comedy. The notes are due Friday. Some students will be testing over the next few days and should be sure to finish the by Friday, either way, as sufficient time is being provided.
